Metal Casement hinge repair

Can anyone point me down the correct path to repair something like this? Is it even possible? Looks annoying but surely there are replacement parts for this style hinge available?

You could ask Cotswold Casements at Moreton-in-Marsh - they're experts in Crittall-style metal windows etc . . . but I'd hesitate to hold my breath on getting it repaired ... . . .
