metabo bas260 swift bandsaw

Hi everyone, I have just bought a metabo swift bandsaw, put a blade from tuff saws on it and set it up as best as I know but it keeps stalling after cutting 5mm of 3" chestnut.. I have seen videos of people cutting 3" with no problem. does anyone have a link for how to set it up properly? or could anyone advise me what to do? (apart from buying a bigger bandsaw, lol) cheers

I feel stupid now!! I didn't tension the drive pulley!! Works fine now !!

I was just about to pack it up and send it back when I realised!! It's a good job anyway because in the mean time I talked my wife round to letting me order a record bs12 which is what I originally wanted, lol. Every cloud has a silver lining and all that
