massive workshop and property sale

I honestly have no personal or financial interest with the following message and only post because someone might be interested.
There is a residential property for sale in Tarraway Road Paignton which has massive workshops/garages buildings for sale.
The reason I know of this space is that I used to rent a space to park my boat during the winter months many moons ago when I was a young man.
So if you would like to retire to sunny Devon or other interest.

I did it in about one month around 1972. Its a long quiet winter though.
The plates cost a bomb now.
