Those are “just” toggle latches, however they’re very nice ones.

Try WDS limited, it’s not unusual when a designer wants the function of a cheap part but not the naff finish, to borrow the measurements off the part and make a nicer version

Fidget,
like to help but
the photo doesn't give clear detail of the clips...just getting old...

Here is a closer look

As Aidan says they are toggle latches. Still looking for a match. We only need the hook although we realise we will probably have to buy the whole thing

That’s a side spring drawer latch, Essentra sell something very close, the part you want is called a catch plate and you can get them as singles from
WDS or the entire thing in stainless cheap from eBay maybe you just throw the part you don’t need

[edit - I think Aidan has nailed it, but just in case...]

Nice job!

The clips look a bit special - I'd start with a good chandlers. They remind me of stuff Jack Holt used to sell decades ago (for dinghies). I haven't sailed for many years, so I have no idea if they still carry the range they used to (or even if they still exist). If they do, I'd start there, I think.

PS: far posher Nikonos lens than I could ever afford :)
