I have a Lurem C2000 in my cellar and I am looking for some information about this machine, the only info I can find on the net is in French so if anyone could help me here I would be grateful, plus with the worth of this machine

Are you sure it's C2000? I have a C200, which dates from about 1970; cost me £50 quite a lot of years ago, but still does what I need of it.

OK, sorry, just checking! 'fraid I've not encountered that model, though the pics on the web suggest it's a great-great-grandchild of my C200! If so, it should be a really nice machine if it's in working order. Finger-in-the-air guess at value would be the top side of £1000

Not sure if the translation is any easier to read than the original, even though it's getting on for 60 years since O-level French!

But the pics are great, and tend to confirm that a lot of the design features are carried over from the very earliest models. Think I should have told the OP his m/c was only worth scrap value at best, and that I'd take it off his hands to save any problems :twisted: It looks a beaut.
