I'm building a panel cart to allow me to move full sheets from my garage to my workshop. The top can be tilted and raised by a bottle pump to get to the TS level. However the wheels I have got for it have hard rubber tyres c.220mm diameter and snag on anything but the smoothest of surfaces which usually results in me clattering my shin into the bottom corner of the sheet :x .

Consequently I'm looking for four replacement wheels of a similar size with pneumatic tyres ideally castored rather than on an axle since this will allow a straight replacement and at least two being steerable, braking preferable but not totally necessary.

I've tried a lot of the usual suspects but I keep being offered wheelbarrow wheels which are too big and not what I'm after anyway.

Any help please will greatly reduce my pain level!

Thanks

T
