I have one with the PTO, my second. The first one lasted almost a decade of hard use and I still use it for building rubble but's awfully noisy now.
Replacement is about 2 years old and going strong, great bit of kit. I wish mine had the variable suction for sanding though.

I always use bags with mine - I get them for the Lidl and the Henry from https://bartyspares.uk/ - quick and reasonable.
Likewise, mine gets used for all manner of crepe.

No bag on mine but it has a dust deputy cyclone.
