lathe drive centres

hello, I have just purchased a performance power CLM305WL lathe quite cheap at £42.00 But came with out chuck or tailstock live centre. how do I find out what drive centre to get i.e. mt1 or mt2? Thanks.

Measure the hole in the end to start with and have a look on the web to see how it compares. There is quite a difference in size between mt1 and mt2.
