Latest Schwibbogen

Here's my latest Schwibbogen, made for my mother, it's her house, her and partner and a couple of chickens. The whole thing is made from Birch Ply and is 14" long, it's got a simple finish of satin varnish and nothing else. There's a mains powered strip of LED's between the two house layers to provide lighting. It's not actually as bright and flary as the image suggests, that's the crappy camera on my phone.

Nice job and I'm sure she will love it.

I really like some of the Schwibbogens that I've seen at our Christmas Markets and have just bought a load of plans from ebay.de where a guy sells loads of them. I'm looking forward to making some as presents.

I'm sure your mum will be thrilled with her house in lights.
