Laser engraver

I have just bought a Chinese laser engraver off eBay , although it all works in test mode it came with a dongle but no software disc, anyone help me, I need newlydraw or moshidraw software for my white elephant

That's one of the risks of buying from ebay. You might also find that the tube is gone as well

already checked mate, the tube is a replacement and does fire up on test

Have you done a search on the manufacturers website?

manufacturer is Yenghi and rubbish at responding

Havent heard of that one before. Have you searched for the importer in to this country. Newlydraw is a common programme amongst the chinese laser manufacturers. Maybe one of the importers like hpc laser could help you out.

have contacted hpc laser and to be honest they were as helpful as a large dose of something horrible
