Fresh of the lathe today a Laburnum bowl 7" wide x 6 1/2" high finished with wax oil the log was kindly given to me by a friend Doug Barrett

An excellent example of a natural edged bowl there Woody. Nice one!

Hi Tony I use thin super glue on the bark before and after sanding and I have never had one come off yet now watch they will all fall of LOL sods law

That is truly inspirational. I'm itching to get a bit of laburnum on the lathe after seeing that.

Thanks Rob a friend is bringing me some more of it today then we are of to the turners retreat open day and spend spend spend LOL
