I've used the ones that Neil's suggesting (plus others from the Screwfix range). All worked well. I would recommend using a drill press to ensure the pilot holes are vertical.

There is also some mild brakout of the Contiboard surface if you're not careful...assuming that's what you are using, of course. Never found a simple cure.
