i have a kity 419 table saw the blade tilt lock keeps slipping any advise

Hi,

I have a Bestcombi 2000 that had the same problem, in the far end of the shaft is a nut it needs tightening a bit, I think I put a extra nut on to lock things in place.

Yep as said there is a nyloc nut on the end of the rod, just wants nipping up a bit.

I had exactly the same problem and it caused me many and issue trying to set the blade vertical.

I believe NMA who used to be the main distributors upgraded to a handle with brass teeth?

tried nma same plastic gears nearly £40 I vaguely remember some other solution [? Viking john] but I cant find the posted comment
