Kity 419 quick question

I have seen a 10 year old Kity419 for sale second hand but have not yet been able to view it in the flesh before deciding whether to buy. I know they are highly rated on this forum by those that have them, but wondered if anyone had one that was 10 years old or whether the design had changed at all in the last 10 years? ie are they good now but bad 10 years ago - dont want to buy a pig in a poke so to speak!

mine is, I think, 6 years old. In the past few years of forum surfing I do not recall mention of any changes in specs or quality or of an disgruntled owners.

I would think that a viewing would be preferable if possible.
