Kity 1619 - any good?

Hi

I'm looking at buying a Kity 1619 table saw with sliding table and side extension for around £600.

I'd like people's thoughts on it. Would you recommend it? Is that a good deal?

It's in good nick as its been looked after.

It doesn't appear to have a tilt function though, am I right?

This specification sheet give a cutting depth at 45 degrees so I think it must have tilt.
