Just wondered which kitchen cabinet butt hinges others use? We’re struggling to find good consistent hinges, they all vary a bit in size and we spend ages on site getting the door gaps perfect. We’ve been using finger tip design from Issac lord but each batch was different, we switched to zoo hardware but are having the same problems, thinking of trying simonswerk but their £6 per hinge so wondered if there are any others worth trying?

Simonworks are the best, been using them for years.
If you have an account with Hafele, haggle, I don't pay anywhere near £6.

I have used the Zoo hinges on units and had same experience as you. I ordered a few boxes and when they turned up some had large counter sunk holes and #6 screws, some had smaller counter sunk holes with #4 screws which didn't fit pozi or phillips and were made of cheese.

Just seems like they buy them in from wherever is cheapest at the time.

Simonsworks are identical.
We sometimes get customers change their mind on hinge colour. We just change them over and they hang the same. Top quality.
