Kitchen cabinet bi-fold door lift mechanism.

I'm thinking of a kitchen re-fit, and I'm on the look-out for a particular mechanism for the wall unit doors.
These wall units are in a narrow galley section with a low ceiling. So no conventional hinged doors, and limits on how far the doors could lift up. I could go for sliding - but then you always end up blocking another cupboard. Tambour mechanisms would get gunked up. Ideally I'd like the doors to be completely out of the way when open.
We've got an old Ikea cabinet with the ideal mechanism... but I can't find that mechanism anywhere else (or even at Ikea anymore).

Aventos HF Bi-Fold... But the blum version leaves the lower leaf nearly vertical - and with my height that's right in my face - whereas the Ikea version folds the two leaves tight together virtually horizontal and only a few inches from the ceiling.
Anyone have any recommendations?

The Blum Aventios HF Bi-Fold would have been the mechanism that I would have recommended. I've fitted loads of them over the years and it is a quality system.

Thanks.... I think I'll have to look into the geometry a bit closer - both in terms of the headroom needed above the cabinet and the open position of the lower leaf.
