Keeping chuck and insert together

Hello all.
I was hoping to get some advice on where to buy a pin to hold my chuck and insert together. I have a supernova 2 and in the last few days my chuck is starting to unscrew from my threaded insert. I have looked on Google but do not know the correct terms to use.

Is the word you are looking for grub screw ? , Should be able to get one from the chuck maker

My chuck insert came loose with a grub screw. Remove and clean insert and chuck, use a drop of thread lock and tighten, cured mine.
