I live near Highbridge on the edge of the Somerset levels: Before I became ill I used to have a small business renovating houses; but could never be called a carpenter. :lol:
I paint quite a bit and will probably look at doing my own frames now, then may be some small stuff for round the house, shelves, cupboards etc.
Other than a jig saw and circular saw, most of what I've done to date was with hand tools. I've just got to a stage where I can get back in the workshop and do a few things now and again.
I'm about to buy a router, first time of using one: I'm in a dilemma right now. I cant decide to buy a New Bosch POF1400ACE £81.00 and make a table or a secondhand Trend T5 with Trend table offered to me for £130 :? I've always bought Bocsh and I have no idea which of these two is the best path.
