Jet 2800VS Pillar Drill

Does anyone have the Jet 2800VS Pillar Drill, thinking of chopping in my Draper and treating myself for Christmas.

I never seen one in the flesh, can anyone provide comment on this particular model please.

Some of the reading spec has it at 2.1M tall........almost 7 feet in old money, it can't be that tall can it?

If you get this drill please keep us posted with your comments. I'm also thinking abouut upgrading my drill, I keep looking at this exact one but wondering if can really be as good as a second hand Meddings?
