I'm not in the market myself, but does anyone have any experience of an iTech TS? From the sales page it looks like something that probably delivers, to a price, but i'd like to hear of any experience. The switch looks a bit basic to me. Not sure if that is indicative of the whole machine.
Thanks

Could be wrong but think they are the same saw as SIP and some of Axminster trade?

The 01332 10" is identical to the SIP, don't know about the Axminster.

I've had one for a couple of years and am quite happy with it, although there are a couple of negative points. The miter slots are badly machined so the nuts had to be ground down a bit to clear. The other niggling thing is the poor dust extraction even using a 2000 m3/hr extractor, there's always a pile of sawdust under it and the top blade guard extraction is totally useless, won't even suck cigarette smoke in so needs the shop vac connecting on the odd occasion it's fitted.

Graham.

You’ve got an Excalibur haven’t you Steve? Are you thinking of changing it?

Don't be a silly-billy! :)

My brother is in the market for something and asked me about the iTech.

Aah - fair enough!
