Hi all, just wanted to say hello & thanks for the useful information on this forum, I've enjoyed reading it.

I've been "woodworking" since making the "letter rack", "coat hook" etc at school back in the 70s (my Mum still uses the letter thing, which makes me smile). My carpentry & joinery is like my welding, pretty agricultural, but tends to stay in one piece indefinitely

I'm not a big joiner in, and you definitely don't want to learn any of my bad habits, so probably won't be contributing much, but didn't want to lurk & not say hello!
