Is there much difference in weight out of Red oak and Ash?

Can anyone help me out on this one??? :?

The figures I have here give Ash as 32-51lb/cubic foot with a 44lb average and Red Oak at 48lb/cubic foot. So yes/no/it depends. :roll:
