Is the rutlands dakota vise ever coming back in stock?

Probably noticed this a year ago, still out of stock, I got a bench I think it'd work well in and even the shipping was reasonable, but it never looks like it's coming back in stock. Anyone know what the deal here is?

That's not fair, I did once see a 4-star review on Rutlands.

I mean, I presume they let it through by accident, but still...

I stopped buying anything from them when they wouldn't let me post a 3-star review (for an item that really only deserved 1 or 2 stars!).

What a beast. I've only ever had engineers vices up until now; and until I saw this one, I thought they were quite chunky.

What on earth does one use to fix it to the underside - without bolt head showing on the bench surface? Massive lag screws?

I'll have to see when I get mine, but I am leaving for a week in a few hours. Googling (image search) for "installing record vise" gives me several hints though. Looks like spacer blocks and lag screws.
