That is rather interesting, from I can understand it's basically sintered steel with ceramic grain impregnated into it to make it harder to cut with conventional grinding wheels. People usually find a way around these things though, I imagine a thin CBN wheel would probably cut through it like a cake.

I think cut resistant would be a better description.

Going by how the makers say it performs it seems like it would be an excellent material for certain applications.
