Insurers for workshop that is separate to home

Hi all, I need some insurance for my workshop which is located at a unit away from where I live - so I can't add it to my home insurance (perhaps I need another insurer?). I have seen old topics about workshops that are insured under home insurance but they are all workshops within the home's property boundary. Last year I used Hencilla Canworth but my renewal quote has increased by 45% (I have not made a claim). Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for that tip Shed9. I should have included in my OP that my workshop is not a place of business but a hobby space.

It may well be worth getting a trade quote. Be specific about what security you have (internet CCTV and an alarm, plus proper locks? ).
