Morning everyone

Picking up a second hand Inca bandsaw tonight (not sure of model as there was only one photo on the selling website but for £75 I wasn’t going to turn it down!).

Would like to know if there’s anything in particular I should look out for. It looked in excellent condition and seller says it’s perfect working order but anything I should check for other than the obvious?

Cheers
Pete

Other than getting a decent blade (try Tuffsaws), the main difference to bear in mind from most bandsaws is that the tyres on the wheels are square-edged; accordingly, the blade should be set so the teeth just overhang the front of the tyre.

(You will know that the table is back to front compared to most bandsaws; accordingly, the blade needs to be “inside out”)

There is lots of discussion on this bandsaw if you search on this forum.

Cheers
