i found this a car boot today

can anyone tell me what it is and if it is safe to use ?

ignore the other stuff ..they was thrown in with the deal

No it is useless just send all the shiny bits to me I am sure I can find a use for them :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Looks like a good haul should have taken the complete box the pin chuck looks like it need a pin but that should not be a problem. The backplate sure is useful if it has the right thread for your machine

it is all complete ..minus the 2 tools...i don't expect they will be there next week

Hi

You can get a suitable C spanner easily enough and provided the previous owner has not over tightened the retainer on the screw chuck a pair of needle nosed pliers or better still circlip pliers will substitute for the lock key.
