These workmen are installing bollards to stop nurses from parking on the pavement outside the Royal Hospital in Belfast, Northern Ireland . . .

They are cleaning up at the end of the day: this is a real photograph.............

Wow well spotted DF. I saw this about 3 or 4 years ago, it had the Belfast title then......Still doesn't explain how they got out!

If you zoom in to the bollards you will see a black lugg at the bottom of one .It is a lock , so you can remove the bollard for access if needed ., I fitted a couple last year for a hospital .
