Hi All

I'm looking for a router to go in my trend prt table. I'm considering either the trend t11 or dewalt 625, but it would have to be a used one as I can't afford a new one.

So, today I saw the hitachi m12ve in costco for £120 inc vat, so what do you guys think? Is this a good alternative? Does any body have any experience of this router? Thanks! !

Hi Sammy, yes I have two of them and have used both in the table. They are a good router with plenty of power for using in a table. Only thing that seems to go wrong with them is the electronic module goes in the end.....but this takes a long time so no worries. Go for it, can't go wrong at that price.

I've got one too - ***** dust extraction, but most have. Apart from that, brilliant, though not mounted mine in a table - used freehand.

Cheers

Karl

Cool! Thanks for the replies. How does the micro depth adjustment work when mounted in the table?

The fine height adjuster is an accessory which fits onto the threaded rod on the router. You could make on - look at Ron Fox's tips on the Wealden site

I've asked this before but just to be sure (as I received conflicting advice) - can the fine hight adjuster work from above a table?
