Hinged boxes about 38cm x 28cm x 9.5cm inside dimensions

Hi. I'm not a woodworking hobbyist. I'm trying to figure out how to get a cheap hinged box about 38cm (long) x 28cm (wide) x 9.5cm (deep) - inside dimentions. I'm going to make a near copy of a styrofoam tray used for holding electronic components, and make 6 "electronic kits". I have parts for 6 kits. So, I will, in the end need 6 hinged boxes. They can be budget, not presentation quality boxes. I've been looking at decoupage boxes on the auction site. Prices okay (one I'm looking at is £7.49), but just cannot get the dimensions I seek. Any insight as to how I could get the boxes with the dimentions I need appreciated. Thanks.
