Which State are they in?

I think the bottom one is in California. Don't know about the top one.

Lots of strange stuff goes on in Calif. Of course that could be said in almost all of the states.

They have similar signs in Spain ( Also drive on the right ) keep right , that lane then goes into a lane controlled by traffic lights to cross the carriageway to turn left

Second one is easy , if you are in the lane under the turn left light you turn left , if you are under the sign in the next lane across that says NO LEFT TURN you don't turn left :wink:
