Help with new NVR switch, please.

.....as you can no dowt see from your second picture, you've got 2 separate switches mounted in a block. if you unscrew that nasty dust cover you may find you can remove them separately.......

Because what he has there is considered saver than an NVR, all the high amperage stuff remains well away from your fingers and can be isolated to one area of the machine. lets agree to disagree on this one Bob.

anyways lets say your switches are laid as you show them with the red switch to the right of the image.

pin 1 through 4 go left to right.
black goes to pin 1 (far left remember, this should be the on button)
red goes to pin 2 and 3 (doesn't matter how)
white goes to pin 4.

Cant look on phone. Ill look in the morning for you and send a link.
While you have it there you might as well test it and the other one with your test lamp. This one should turn the bulb off when pressed.
Should only be a few quid for a new one at most.

Relax everyone.......a mate has dropped by with all the kit, and all the knowledge. The old switch was fine, so it was the big box of tricks at fault. That will be binned, and the new NVR switch fitted.

Surprising but glad you're sorted. Personally id have put a new contactor in but if your mates willing to rewire it then all power to your elbow.

Whata the motor rated at on it? Just out of interest.
