Hi all,
I am a newbie to woodworking and have just finished re-furbishing a HERBERT MODEL C HOME WORKSHOP I was given and I am looking for a manual for it. Can anyone help please. How is the the thicknesser set up ?

What an amazing looking machine, with a thoroughly lethal looking circular saw :)

I think that's a great looking contraption and in my mind, it must be a product of the great British shed boffin :lol:

Well executed refurb.

You may find it useful to register with a lathe forum and put the question out their as well.
 
I reckon a guy who can do as good a restoration as that doesn't need any manuals! Brilliant.

I wonder which came first - that or the Coronet machines; there's a lot of similaritied between them.
