well I'm mean to get the shape would one just use a router or a jigsaw then finish up with a router thanks

The easiest way is to make a template first in 9mm or poss 6mm mdf. Bandsaw or jigsaw the shape, very carefully following the pencil line. Sand to remove any bumps (an offcut of mdf with some abrasive glued or double sided taped on is ideal, you want abrasive with a hard backing).

Then use a bearing guided straight bit, then moulding cutter with bearing.

Thank you Robin for taking the time to answer my question

If it has to be perfect, really perfect, you could make just one of the shapes and get that bang on, then use that as a pattern to make the rest of the templat by copying over and over with a flush trim bit. Make sense?
