HELP NEEDED

I have a job i need to do where i need to put 10 slots in a hexagon nut, is there any way of achieving this and if so can a tool be made to get repeated results as i need to do this on a lot of 1000
any help will be great

What size nut and slot? Which face of the nut needs slotting, and how deep? Need a little more detail!

10 slots in a single hex nut? That's going to need explaining or a diagram! But I'm thinking surely this is a CNC job only, and that's even before the requirement for a thousand of them.

Special nuts are made all the time. Design your part and anyone with a bar fed machine centre will bash them out for you
