Seen this joke on another fourum
Police cordoned off Liverpool City Centre this morning when a suspicious object was discovered in a car.
It later turned out to be a Tax Disc.
And someone put that joke is about 20 years old
And this scouser put so was the tax disc
That was better than the joke
