So you can download a copy and see if you like it enough to have it in paper form as well.
I'd say it's a bit turgid for the first 100 pages but there are probably some good details in there somewhere.

Gary Roberts is a poster on here and runs the Toolemera Press and website.
There are print on demand books around - especially on Amazon - which are straight from file to print, regardless of some of the faults in the Google scans - pages folded over, operator's fingers in the way, etc.
Gary's versions are prepared with MUCH more care and attention.
