groups in the rhondda

Hi all new to the group ,, hope this is ok to ask is there any wood turning groups in or around the rhondda aria ?? would love to find one i can go to i just starting out on the lathe , got the axminster lathe but want to learn what i can before i use ,, my old job is wood machinist (timber yard ) but never used a wood lathe thanks ray
