With early retirement plans a couple of years away I'm looking forward to spending more time doing what I love - making stuff, be it metal, wood, electronics, instruments, bowls, fx pedals, you name it. New workshop build in a week should see me relocating from a very cramped garage to a good wood working space. I'm set up with table saw, band saw, router, belt sander, mitre saw and looking forward now to investing in a mid-sized lathe. Which brings me to this forum for advice from experienced users.
