They say if you experience bad customer service you tell 10 people, but if you get good you only tell 2... In an effort to redress this balance I'd just like to say a big thankyou to Axminster in Nuneaton and recommend them wholeheartedly.
They price-matched me on a tool I was looking to buy (I won't mention what as I know it was a big favour to do it!), plus free delivery and some advice, and also sent me an adaptor that I wanted.
When the adaptor arrived it didn't work because I needed an additional piece as well. I rang up to discuss it, and although it was not their fault they sent me a free one next day delivery and were extremely helpful.
