My One+ nailer stopped working a couple of weeks ago. Just over a year old so no warranty there I thought. Then I found it was two years and even three if I registered it with Ryobi EU. Suffice proof of purchase was my on-line invoice from SGS.
Seemingly I could send it back to Ryobi to be looked at. “Yeah, and lose it for weeks before they say it was user error” I thought.
But no. They arranged a courier FoC to take it to the service centre with a promised 7-10 days turnaround. Ten days later it was couriered back - not fixed but replaced.
I know that’s what warranties are all about but it’s the speed, efficiency and customer service that impressed me. Top marks Ryobi.
