I have been doing a series of goblets in different styles, this one was the last one I did. It sold on it's first public outing today, quite sad to see it go in a way LOL. It is macassar ebony and ash and stands 10" tall, coated inside for use.

I am to much of a gentleman to ask what you sold it for ( that was a hint the size of a dustbin lid :) )
 
Thank you both. I sell through online shops and commissions but do a few fairs and wood shows as well. This sold at a local fair. If you can get into some galleries it helps as well, not that many accept wood though. I am still learning the marketing and promotion side of things myself, much easier making than selling LOL.

and I am too much of a gentleman to say. Suffice to say I work cost out as my time (so much per hour) plus materials and consumables x 2. LOL. This took just under an hour.
