I don't use them often, but ordered a letter template set from Rutlands. Unfortunately when the order turned up there were a few letters missing. I emailed their complaints line at 6:30 that evening, had a reply the next day and the missing letters turned up early the day after.
I'm fairly philosophical about errors or problems as they do happen, it's how these are dealt with and I must say Rutlands dealt with the problem exceptionally well. Bearing in mind how most organisations are truly rubbish at dealing with customers this is an example everyone should emulate.
