Hi guys, i've done some searches on other forums to try and 'gauge' the going rate for laying porcelain floor tiles, but cant seem to find what i'm after. Anyone on here got any clues.? We're looking to have approx 30sqr mtrs done in kitchen/dining room using 60x60cm polished porcelain tiles. Also looking for minimum grout lines too, so (again) i'm guessing we need to go for a rectified tile.?

As always... cheers in advance....

Depends where you are to some extent (e.g. London is more expensive than oop north). We paid £27 per sq metre for labour with 40x60 porcelain tiles, plus a little extra (think it was £100 or there abouts) to have the floor levelled first.
