glue

Hi Peeps,hope everyone is well.
Ok so i have a problem,i had a blade come off my band saw (nice fright lol) anyway,i have ordered another blade,the problem is when the blade came off it brought some of the rubber Tyre off the wheel,well i say off,it loosened it,
My Band saw is an ole fella,and the rubber Tyre has like notches in parts of it that correspond with dents in the metal wheel it is stuck onto,so i assume it will be ok to glue it back on,the question is,what type of glue would be strong enough for this job?
Any help would be appreciated.

If the rubber is damaged, I would fit new. The tyres are what holds the blade in place and cuts and dings will affect performance.
