Gloat

A friend of mine phoned thursday evening asking if I would be interested in buying his bosses wood turning tools. He mentioned Sorby and one or two had a crown on them. That's all he could tell me. The price mentioned was about £150. As I hadn't seen them or knew what was there I said that I could only offer a lot less.....Didn't hear any more until I met up with him saturday morning. I have the chisels in the car for you, well what a sight....... :shock: :shock:

I thought that but at the end of the day it#s still a gloat, the hollowing tools and the thread chasers alone are worth the money IMHO anything else is a bonus and they are all quality makes my the look of it. Still a gloat.
