glass/wood glue

Id like advice on what type of glue would hold small(like microscope slides)pieces of glass to wood blanks.

Have you tried a hot melt glue gun? They are not very expensive and will certainly be cheaper than buying glue in a tube. Also has a very quick drying time as its heat dependent.

WW - Hot melt glue guns are good for many things but if it's strengh you're after (in the glue that is :wink: ) then an epoxy will be better i.e. Araldite or one of the many other makes.
