Hatches battened down, stove lit. Torrential rain and wind. The local secondary school is shut tomorrow as some of the roofs have caved in, and parts of the town are two feet deep. :shock:

Yup..same here in the Midlands. Gutters overflowing. Roads flooded.

Oh, joy. For all the rain the local humidity is 98%. I've been out of the bath for 45 mins. and I think I'm wetter now than when I got out.

Swmbo's just come in. Had a job avoiding the debris on the roads. Two infant schools, a leisure centre and a big Tesco closed due to flooding.
