German handplane - Stanley 10 copy?

Found this locally, priced at 18 euros, wondering if the brand is any good? Never heard of witte before, west german from what I've been able to google. And old closed ebay auction had one going for only 6 euros so maybe it's not a very good brand?

Looks like a hybrid of the Stanley SB3 and the Stanley RB10; RB10 design with the SB3 adjusters

It's supposed to be an old design though, seller lists it as 50+ years old

I have a similar plane that i have restored cost me about £1 from a car boot. I dont rate them very much, the way they adjust is finnicky and there seems to be a little play betweem the slot and the adjustment knobs so the blade is free to move a little. But for a £1 it looks nice on my shelf!!!
